I, Shapkatova Inkar Bekbolatkyzy, was born on February 16, 2002, in the city of Atyrau. In 2019, I enrolled at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University and graduated in 2023. In the same year, I entered the master’s program in “Jurisprudence” in the Russian department. During my studies, I simultaneously worked as a lawyer in a private law firm. In 2025, I defended my master’s thesis titled “Evidence in Criminal Procedure: Conceptual Approaches and Prospects for Legal Regulation.” After completing my master’s degree, I remained at the university as a lecturer at the Department of Customs, Financial, and Environmental Law.
